Healing Your Relationship With Your Body - Mondays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Come weekly and learn to use different methods to remove the programming that has kept you “stuck” in a body you do not love.
Expressing Creativity - Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. It’s time to reclaim your creative, loving, strong, nurturing side and create the life/relationships you truly desire.
Healing Circle - Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Experience a simple, natural and safe method of healing that restores balance to your life.
Meditation Group - Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. We will use meditation to reduce stress, improve health, heal past trauma and become empowered.
Spiritual Connections Group - Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Come and explore your spiritual nature in an atmosphere of love, respect and acceptance.
There is a $50.00 per month charge that allows you to attend any/all of these groups.All classes are for adults or older teens only. We do not provide childcare.
